an IIN certified health coach and integrative nutritionist with a deep passion for helping women reconnect with their bodies, balance their hormones naturally, and live in alignment with their flow.
For a long time, I felt off.
I was anxious, disconnected, burned out, and constantly searching for something to make me feel like me again. I didn’t realize at the time that my nervous system was dysregulated, my hormones were out of balance, and my lifestyle wasn’t supporting the cyclical rhythm my body was designed for.
My healing began when I stopped forcing and started listening.
I discovered the power of cycle syncing, the importance of nourishing my body through intentional nutrition, and the magic of somatic work to regulate my nervous system and reconnect with my intuition.
Now, through Flowinwell, I help other women do the same.
My approach blends hormonal education, brain and body healing, integrative lifestyle shifts, and spiritual alignment to support the whole woman—not just the symptoms.
