I’m Lizzie Mulvaney, an IIN certified health coach and integrative nutritionist with a passion for helping women feel at home in their bodies again.

After years of struggling with anxiety, hormone imbalances, and feeling disconnected from myself, I found healing through cycle syncing, integrative nutrition, and somatic work.

Now, I help other women find their own version of balance physically, emotionally, and energetically through personalized support rooted in hormone health, nervous system regulation, and feminine embodiment.
